SP Concierge (hereinafter referred to as “our company”) promotes protection of personal information*1 by defining privacy policy as follows, building the structure of personal information, and making all employees put into practice the recognition and measure of the importance of protection of personal information.

*1 Personal information means information of a living individual which can identify the specific individual, including full name and date of birth.

Our company will explicitly establish the purposes of use of personal information and notify and / or announce such purposes. Our company will acquire personal information in a lawful and appropriate manner.

2. Management of personal information

In order that our company may maintain the user’s personal information at the exact and newest state and may prevent unlawful access, the loss, breakage, the alteration, disclosure, etc. to personal information, required measures, such as thoroughness of maintenance and the employee education of maintenance and governing structure of a security system, are taken, and safety measures are implemented and severe management of personal information is performed.

3. Restrictions on the use of personal information

Our company shall only use kept personal information from users for the purpose for which it is provided unless when it is necessary to use it for other purposes based on laws.

4. Offer to a third party of personal information

Our company shall not disclose personal information for a third party unless when it is necessary to disclose based on laws.

5. Disclosure, correction, and suspension of use of personal information

Our company will disclose, correct, or suspend the use of personal information if requested by the users.
