Dinner surrounded by gorgeous flowers at Aoyama Flower Market Tea House

Jan 07, 2020

One of the best ways to end your day in Tokyo is to have dinner
at Aoyama Flower Market Tea House in Akasaka, Tokyo.

Unlike other cafes, here you can enjoy eating your meal while surrounded by gorgeous flowers and plants; what a unique experience, isn’t it?

Aoyama Flower Market Tea House is extremely popular among both local and foreign tourists.
You’ll expect a long line in front of the store, and to avoid having those hassles, this time we booked our seats in advance via phone calls.

We booked a table for tree at 6:30.p.m. on a Sunday before a national holiday, so the cafe was a little bit crowded than usual.
The staff greeted us with beautiful smiles as we entered the cafe and escorted us to our seats immediately.

At dinner time, you can order set menu or a la carte menu, and this time since we wanted to try different menus,
we ordered our food as an a la carte.

After discussing which dishes should we order, we decided to order omelette rice (lacto-ovo vegetarian),
roast beef sandwich, and seasonal French Toast.

We stared at these beautiful flowers while waiting for our food orders.

The omelet rice was served with a lot of fresh vegetables; a great healthy treats for your tummy.
The egg was not overcooked, so it was soft and fluffy.

The rice was seasoned with salt, pepper, and herbs. The tomato sauce was a homemade sauce, and it tasted sweet.

The roast beef sandwich was served together with salad made of fresh vegetables and a cup of warm soup.

The sandwich was perfect; filled with thinly-sliced roast beef, fresh lettuce and tomatoes, all marinated with a light sauce.

The seasonal French Toast was not only perfect, but also Instagrammable.

Topped with fresh pears, mixed nuts, vanilla ice cream, and raspberry sauce,
this French Toast is an ultimate treat for those with sweet tooths! In addition to the seasonal French Toast,
Aoyama Flower Market Tea House also offers flower French Toast; topped with flower sauces and edible flowers!

Our dinner at Aoyama Flower Market Tea House was indeed great and unforgettable.
The presentation of the food was great and gorgeous.

The atmosphere of the tea house was just perfect; as you enter the tea house,
you’d feel like you’re caught in the middle of flower forest!

We strongly recommend visiting this tea house if you want something different and Instagenic!
