2. Autumn foliage season at Oku-senbon in Yoshino [25 Nov 2024]

Today, we’d like to share the autumn foliage on the Kintetsu Line with everyone.

Yoshino is known as a famous cherry blossom viewing spot in Nara Prefecture, but during the autumn foliage season, this place is just as beautiful as in other seasons!

Everyone will be able to see the entire mountain changing colours to orange, yellow, and red, depending on the temperature difference from the foot of the mountain to the peak.

In mid-November, like now, the deepest part of mountain, “Oku-senbon,” is approaching the autumn foliage season, but the foot of the mountain is just starting to change colour a little. After this period, the paths in the mountain will be dyed red. Everyone will enjoy the magnificent scenery.

So everyone should visit Yoshino, which has charms throughout the four seasons!
