Hitachi Seaside Park is located in Ibaraki and is famous for its seasonal flowers blooming throughout the year. The park is particularly popular in spring, where a sea of nemophila flowers covers the whole area of the park.
In full bloom from mid-April to early May, you can see the great combination of the hill covered in blue nemophila and the blue sky.
